Design

Using the ADDIE (Analysis - Design - Development - Implementation - Evaluation) instructional design and training model, we work with your sales force, technical staff, and training staff to provide curriculum development from basic analysis to final execution.  

Certification

We don't stop with design. We can also provide certification training and testing for your employees or customers to ensure they are qualified to sell, configure, and install your product.  We are trained and certified by Galton Technologies to do test creation and design.  

Evaluation

Further, we can evaluate your current training materials and programs to determine strengths and weakness.  In addition to looking at your content, we consider delivery methods, language, and timing to maximize the effectiveness of your training program. We will fine-tune your training program to be consistent with your company strategy and to support your competitive advantages.
